Rozhodl jsem zalozit dietni okenko, ktere treba nekomu nekdy pomuze pri logisticke priprave vyletu, zamezi behani kolem regalu s potravinami v obchodnim dome a nakupu doslova cehokoliv na posledni chvili.

3. Low Glyceamic Index – 0-54 (co mam k tem cislum porad rikat...?!) - tito se uvolnuji pozvolna, v pohodicce, po vzoru jamajskych bratri a meli by se dlabat pred vyletem a behem dlouhodobe fyzicke pripravy ( hahaha ).
A tito tedy jsou:
nudle, pecivo se zrnickama ovsa, oni skacou hopsa, muelesley, ovesna kase, bila ryze, testoviny, instantni nudle, hrasek, mrdkev, kukurice, fazole, ovoce, jablecny cus, pomerancovy dzuz, mleko, jogurty, fazole v tomatove omacce!!, cocka, hrach, a tfuj tajbl soya;
